Dean and Emily started their father/daughter business partnership by developing the National Neuro Care Network to share treatment protocols for rare and complex neurologic diseases. This successful effort was turned over to the UCLA School of Medicine after it first year of operation.

They currently own and operate Willard Healthcare Solutions which develops and installs telecommunication systems in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Healthcare providers working with Willard IoT can develop improved scheduling and maximize patient service as well as track valuable assets and make improved decisions on purchasing, staffing and compliance related issues.

Willard IoT, working closely with its partners, is also bringing new Life Safety compliance systems to the Healthcare industry. These systems have been designed to self-test systems such as exit signs to determine that they meet strict government safety requirements and develop reports for management to assess compliance. These systems are the foundation for a system that can cover a broad range of compliance, safety and security needs of the healthcare provider.
